I joined Alessi Hartigan who is a booking agent for supporting artists (SAs) (people who perform the background in the TV and Film Industry) February this year(2025). I was delighted to get booked with them shortly afterwards in the same month. Since then I have been booked for several other days with them on a few other productions latest one I did was in September last month. They communicate well and are fair in their bookings to get lots of SAs work. They are also quick to pay within 5/6 weeks as I’ve noticed with mine. It’s refreshing to have this new agency. I have found other agencies are block booking dates or keeping SAs hanging on to your available dates only to be released last-minute. I haven’t found this with Alessi and I highly recommend to join them.

I met Darcy at an industry event and joined Alessi Hartigen's books this summer. Communication has always been smooth and I have worked a number of days on two different productions. Arron was helpful when I reached out to him via email with questions while filming. Payments where processed promptly and no additional platform fees where required on top of the usual commission, so small savings are appreciated. I have had the most positive experience ever!! Firstly, within ONE day of signing up, I received sooo many potential jobs which was just amazing, especially as I had never done extra work before, so I felt very lucky to already have the potential to get these jobs! I booked a one day extra job with them and despite being nervous, the process was so smooth and easy, with lots of information to keep my mind at ease. All of the other SA’s I met on the job were super lovely and it was great to know that everyone working with this agency was there for a good time, prepared to be professional and most of all, fun and polite. To make this even better, I was then asked to become a featured SA, which meant I got to go to a fitting (my first one ever) and work on this show for three more days!! I got to meet and work with the lead actors and learn lots more about being on set and working in a professional environment! I am now even really good friends with one of the leads and none of this would be possible without Alessi Hartigan! I am so grateful for this opportunity and it proves that you never know where one decision will take you!! For anybody considering starting extra work or whether this extra agency could be for you, I really recommend giving it a try!!
