I have done a few jobs with Alessi Hartigan Casting, and I rate them very highly. In particular their communication is great, and I always feel well informed as to the status of jobs. I was impressed that on one shoot in Tenby, South Wales, Darcey and Stacey appeared on set for a visit. I assume they came all the way from London, so it's nice that they made that effort! Also, I once had to pull out of a week's booking at the last minute, due to a medical situation. They were very understanding and sent me a very thoughtful message. All in all, an excellent agency.

Worked with Alessi earlier this year and was really happy with the communication and way they treated me. It was also great to see Darcey at studio, making sure that the SA's were happy and that everything went smoothly. They do have their own SA portal but it's easy to use and view your bookings and call sheets. I'd have no problem in recommending and look forward to working with Alessi again.

My first experience of working for Darcey and Stacey Alessi South Wales was on Believe Me in Swansea. Our call times came in late and I was super impressed that they kept messaging me at that time very efficient. On The Lords day was my next production with them wow what a huge number of SA’s on the first day over 250 and Stacey and Darcey were there signing us in at 6 am. The whole thing ran very smoothly because they were so hands on managing all of us. They must of taken a lot of calls from SA’s those first few days but were always so polite and professional. One of the biggest productions I’ve worked on and for Netflix too well done.
